Hello everyone, and a very warm welcome to another edition of Marketing The Invisible. I’m Tom Poland, beaming out to you from Little Castaways Beach in Queensland, Australia. Joined today by Ronnie Nijmeh. Ronnie, good day, a very warm welcome, sir.

Ronnie Nijmeh 0:22
Oh, thank you for having me.

Tom Poland: 0:23
Where are hanging out, man?

Ronnie Nijmeh 0:25
In Toronto, Canada.

Tom Poland: 0:27
Folks, Ronnie has some super, super, super cool stuff and I have no idea how we got connected, but I think a valid referral partner probably introduced us. He’s the founder of PLR.me. PLR is the leading content provider for coaches with nearly 14,000 done-for-you white label products that you can download and brand as your own.

Folks, this is just an insanely, amazingly, clever. The whole system, even if you never buy anything from Ronnie, and dare I say this, it’s stupid of you if you don’t, almost. Go and have a look at his system because it absolutely rocks, but get some free credits as well. Oh, we’ll get to that later. All right. But it really is seriously so freakin’ impressive. He’s also mentored and coached tens of thousands of coaches, speakers, and entrepreneurs.

And our title today, and Ronnie, I’m just delighted to have you on the show because your stuff really rocks, it’s “How to Create Highly Engaging Content and Position Yourself as a World Class Expert,” subtitle, here’s the punch line, “Without having to Start from Scratch or Figure it All out Yourself.” How cool would that be? And Ronnie is going to show us, tell us how to do that in just seven minutes. So, Ronnie, our time starts now. Tell us, who is your ideal client?

Ronnie Nijmeh 1:47

So, our ideal client are coaches and consultants, anywhere from the business space, marketing, all the way to life coaches and consultants, and health and wellness and so on. And really personal development business, money, and every sort of author, speaker, coach, consultant space.

Tom Poland: 2:05
Perfect. Thank you. Question number two, six and a half minutes left. What’s the problem you solve for that ideal client.

Ronnie Nijmeh 2:10
So, you know how hard it is to create content, whether that’s social media, emails, products that you can sell?

Well, what we do is we offer done-for-you content where you don’t have to write from scratch, it’s all created for you.

And it’s like a stock photo marketplace where you can pick and choose what you want, get instant access. And again, you just kind of use that, brand it as your own. Edit it, tweak it, turn it into something else. And you claim 100% royalties, it’s hundred percent your own.

Tom Poland: 2:39
And, whereas, if you hire a copywriter, that could cost you up to a grand or more an hour. I know Dan Kennedy charges $50,000 a day. Whereas, you can go in here and get world class copy for like a fraction of that. Okay. So that’s your ideal client, that’s the problem you solve. What are some of the typical symptoms of people who become clients of yours, before they become clients of yours? They know they need to produce world class content; they know they need to stand out. They know they need to attract new email subscribers to their list, and they’re going to not be doing that. So, what are they going to be experiencing? What are they going to be feeling?

Ronnie Nijmeh 3:16

The most common issue that people face is the fact that they either hire freelancer or they do it themselves. And when you hire a freelancer, it’s super expensive, you got to babysit them, hopefully that they get it done properly and right.

They’re not plagiarizing, they’re not wasting your time, that they’re not just disappearing on you. And if you do it yourself, well, then you’re taking your time away from other important things, like, marketing your business, like providing your services, like expanding your, you know, your offers. So, it’s a headache to do everything yourself and it’s expensive to outsource it, and plus, it’s time consuming. So, it’s just a huge time saver, sanity saver.

Tom Poland: 3:51
Yeah. Plus, and I know from my own clients over, you know, several decades is, the one thing they really struggle with is the articulation of messages including content. And so, you take the time consumption problem away from them, you take the headache problem of, “I’m not sure how to write this stuff,” away from them, and you take the expense of doing it, outsourcing, it was quality, away from them as well. So that’s pretty darn impressive, which is why I was excited to have you on the show.

Ronnie Nijmeh 4:18

One of the problems as well is, let’s say you do everything yourself, well, now you’re taking time away from other things that you need to do.

So, for example, you might say, “Yeah, I’m going to create a blog post,” and takes you all week. But now you don’t have a product or additional upsells or down sells that you can sell. So, you kind of get stuck in this hamster wheel of creating stuff, but then leaves you exhausted. So, you can actually market, grow, expand, sell more stuff.

Tom Poland: 4:39
Right. And there’s another one in there as well somewhere which is called guilt. Because so many, so many, so many, so many say, “Well, I’m going to start a blog,” or, “I’m going to start a newsletter, I’m going to start some innovative content,” and it just hangs over the head like the sword of Damocles for years, so you give people and option.

Tom Poland: 4:55
And folks, I’m plugging Ronnie’s services hard, we don’t have any affiliate commissions. And Ronnie didn’t even approach me to come on the show. I’m plugging on hard because this is a massive problem solved for a whole bunch of you. And incredibly reasonable right with absolutely world-class quality. That’s why I’m excited about it. That’s why I’m plugging on hard.

Tom Poland: 5:12
Okay. So, Ronnie, three and quarter minutes left. Question number five, what’s one valuable free action that someone could take that’s going to help them solve this problem? May not give them the whole solution but it’s a step in the right direction.

Ronnie Nijmeh 5:23
So, get familiar with the calendar, create a content calendar, you can do some Google searches. We have a free content calendar where you can get an idea of what to post and when and where. The most difficult thing that people have is coming up with ideas. And if you actually have something to start from a foundation, you’ll save so much time. So, what we’ve done is we’ve created a content calendar with all sorts of, like, traditional holidays, like Christmas, Easter, whatever. But also, wacky holidays like National Hug Your Cat Day. And also giving you ideas on what to market that day and even giving you content that you can instantly download and start using in your businesses.

Tom Poland: 5:59
Incredibly clever.

Ronnie Nijmeh 6:00
Whether or not you use PLR.me for that, just create your own content calendar.

Tom Poland: 6:04
Get a content calendar.

Ronnie Nijmeh 6:04
Google search it.

Tom Poland: 6:05
Yeah.

Content calendar is essential because otherwise you’re all over the place. And this way you can organize it and sequence, and make sure you’re not giving too much in one month and not enough in the next month.

Okay, that’s a great tip. Thank you. Question number six, two minutes left, one valuable free resource that we could generously direct people to that’s going to help them even more.

Ronnie Nijmeh 6:25
So, there’s the link to that, I guess it’ll be in the show notes as well, but go to PLR.me/MTI. And what you’re going to get is ten free download credits, as well as two download credits per month for free, so you can start downloading things. So, you can download articles, or graphics, or an eBook, or whatever it is. There are so many different options, we literally have around 14,000 products that you can choose from and totally free.

Tom Poland: 6:51
And so, it’s PLR.me/MTI, which of course stands for the name of this podcast, Marketing The Invisible. PLR.me/MTI, we’ll publish that under the video. But folks, if you’re listening on the audio, that’s where you go get it. Question number seven, we’ve got, well, 75 seconds left for this, heaps of time, what’s the one question I should have asked you but didn’t?

Ronnie Nijmeh 7:13
I think just in terms of ideas for marketing with content that a lot of people get stuck with, “Okay, what am I supposed to do with content? How does this work? I download done-for-you content, what do I do?” And we can put a link in the show notes as well. We have an inspiration gallery of different ways that our clients are using content. Things like creating physical products, like magazines that they send out every month to their clients, or calendars, or live events.

Ronnie Nijmeh 7:38
We have some clients who hosted a weekend retreat, and they’ve made thousands of dollars, but they’re using the done-for-your content as a foundation. Or as handouts, webinars, emails, social posts. There’s a million-in-one ways of using done-for-you content. It’s literally where any content exists. It’s not just an email or a blog post, not just for SEO or Facebook. It can be used in so many different ways, audio, video, text, infographics, podcasts and so on.

Tom Poland:8:05
Very fantastic. Thanks, Ronnie, so much for your time. Cheers.

Ronnie Nijmeh 8:09
